Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
In such cases, customers should follow our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the product, if the product qualifies for return or exchange.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be provided in situations including:
Eligible order cancellation before dispatch
Product unavailable after successful payment
Incorrect product supplied
Product received damaged, subject to verification
Other cases approved under our Return & Exchange Policy
4. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through the applicable payment/payment processing method.
The amount may take approximately 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account after the refund has been initiated, depending on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Where applicable, payment gateway or transaction charges may be treated according to the applicable payment provider’s rules and the circumstances of the transaction.
6. Failed or Pending Payments
If money has been deducted from your bank account but your order is not confirmed, please contact us with:

7. Duplicate Payment
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment issue, the duplicate payment will be reviewed and, where confirmed, the eligible duplicate amount will be refunded.
